Maintenance
Before the cooling or heating seasons, it is a good idea to have your system checked out by one of our maintenance experts. Small problems can become bigger problems as your system continues to run. Just as your automobile needs regular maintenance - so does your air conditioning and heating systems. You should clean or replace your air filters each month.
Repair
Should you require service on your current comfort system, our factory-trained and skilled technicians have the know-how to diagnose, adjust or repair your system for comfort in any season. For safety and warranty reasons, you should never attempt to service your unit yourself.
Maintenance Agreement
By purchasing a preventative maintenance agreement, you will help prevent and foresee future problems, while helping your equipment run more efficiently.
The preventative maintenance agreement is good for one year from time of acceptance and includes:
- Spring maintenance done on A/C system in preparation for summer
- Fall maintenance to be done on heating system in preparation for winter
- 10% off purchase of parts
- Priority Service (for maintenance agreement customers)
